6. Refund Policy

Service Delivery:

Veriq is a fully automated, AI-powered platform. Our service does not involve any human-driven components such as human survey respondents, manual analysis, or human intervention. All simulations are generated entirely through AI technology.

We strive to provide high-quality AI-powered research services. Our refund policy is as follows:

Credit Purchases

• Once credits have been used to run simulations, they are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@veriq.com

Simulation Quality

• If a simulation fails due to technical issues on our end, credits will be automatically restored
• We do not refund credits for simulations that complete successfully but do not meet your expectations
• For quality concerns, please contact our support team for assistance

Processing Refunds

7. Service Availability
